At Lawrence Covell, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your selection, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our client services team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, extra buttons, and dust bags are included in the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
